Salary: $75,000 per year (plus annual bonus)

What you will do
- Complete a four-month PAM program with structured training, job shadowing, assessments, and real-world dealership experience.
- After onboarding, deliver in-dealership one-on-one training, demonstrations, and live modeling to improve effectiveness, compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen dealership performance by coaching core skills, including Sales-to-F&I turnover, customer interviewing, and closing techniques.
- Use reporting tools and dealer-facing systems to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and take appropriate action.
- Partner with the Strategic Development Manager (SDM) support team to set expectations and maintain ongoing communication with dealers.
- Support new account acquisition activities, communicate updates via internal CRM, and resolve dealership operational issues while addressing elevated risk to .
Requirements
- Automotive dealership experience and a desire to build relationships in a consultative sales role managing a territory.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for daily work and understanding of responsible AI use (ethics and data protection).
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Be willing to travel (including overnight stays) during the four-month training and communicate with dealers outside normal business hours.
- After completing the PAM program, remain in the initial placement location for 24 months before applying to internal roles.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or extensive relevant experience; dealership operations knowledge preferred (in-dealership F&I experience is a plus).
