What you will do

  • Own global P&L responsibility for the Schaeffler AG account, including revenue, margin, and long-term growth targets.
  • Define and execute the global account strategy aligned with NXP Automotive priorities and the customer's corporate roadmap.
  • Provide direct and functional leadership to a global, cross-functional virtual team including Marketing, FAE, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage C-level and senior executive relationships globally, acting as the primary escalation point for strategic and commercial topics.
  • Drive portfolio placement and system-level positioning across customer divisions, including innovation discussions in SDV, electrification, and connectivity.
  • Ensure structured account governance, including QBRs and internal alignment forums across all management levels.

Requirements

  • Electrical engineering degree or similar technical background.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in semiconductor Marketing or Sales.
  • Fluent in both French and English (strong interpersonal and negotiation skills).
  • Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment.
  • Ability to explain complex technical contents to executive-level business partners.
  • Willingness to travel (primarily France and Germany, with occasional EMEA and global travel).
