What you will do

• Act as a key technical advisor, articulating the business and technical value of hirify.global to financial sector prospects.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles, including technical discovery, presentations, and Proof of Value (POV) implementations.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures integrating hirify.global with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to distill customer needs and product feedback.
• Help drive demand by participating in account-based marketing events and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and at least one language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
• Required familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions in the public cloud or on-premise.
• Strong domain knowledge of financial services and/or insurance sectors.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of graph databases such as hirify.global, TigerGraph, OrientDB, or JanusGraph.
