Salary: $133,770–$150,000 (plus ~43% incentive compensation)

What you will do

• Own the overall partner relationship across all hirify.global and customer lines of business.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and ROI.
• Build deep trust with C-level executives and identify new opportunities within partner organizations.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations demonstrating how solutions reduce risk and improve revenue.
• Collaborate with internal account teams, CX leads, and product teams to exceed revenue goals.
• Oversee customer onboarding, solution delivery, and continuous KPI analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or enterprise-level consulting.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience in financial services, payments, credit, or data industries.
• Demonstrated ability to sell technical data solutions and cloud-based products.
• Advanced negotiation skills and executive presence at the C-suite level.
