What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales relationships, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue and customer adoption.
• Conduct discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses to ensure technical and business product fit.
• Develop custom search applications leveraging hirify.global's APIs and ecosystem tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and product managers, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
• Advocate for customer needs internally by relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success for a seamless transition to onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent German language proficiency.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), preferably in the SaaS space.
• Software development experience in Frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or Backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift).
• Experience with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple customers and context-switching.

Nice to have

• Background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with emerging concepts in agentic AI systems (autonomous reasoning, multi-agent orchestration).
• Knowledge of Analytics and SEO.
