TL;DR
Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS): Driving revenue growth in the faith-based sector by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic prospecting, complex contract negotiation, and relationship building. Focus on meeting high-volume ARR quotas, articulating value propositions, and collaborating with internal teams to expand the company's market presence.
Location: Must reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA.
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 OTE ($90k–$100k base + variable).

What you will do
- Develop and execute customized account plans for assigned territories.
- Build a robust pipeline through research, cold-calling, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospect to contract closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onsite visits to educate potential clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BDR teams to execute company initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and pipeline management in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must reside in an approved state: CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS selling.
- Experience managing a large quota of approximately $750k ARR+.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
- Strong proficiency in Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in the Not-for-Profit or faith-based sector.
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
