TL;DR

Account Executive (Insurance): Driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships within the insurance vertical with an accent on the Insurtech space. Focus on orchestrating company resources to sell the full hirify.global solutions portfolio and managing complex enterprise-level sales cycles.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Salary: $117,110 – $155,000 (plus sales incentive program at approximately 55%).

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the insurance industry to understand their strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to anticipate business challenges and position hirify.global solutions effectively.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to hit revenue targets and drive profitable growth.
  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams to move opportunities forward and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales process, including contracting and conducting business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Proficiency in sales technology including Salesforce, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the credit industry and DaaS sales.
  • Experience selling into the insurance industry.
  • Understanding of the insurance regulatory environment.
