Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 base, OTE up to $200,000

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close across mid-market accounts.
• Engage HR, People Ops, and Compliance leaders to diagnose business challenges and position the platform as the solution.
• Lead discovery calls and demos that clearly articulate value and ROI.
• Manage a high volume of pipeline while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate Salesforce forecasts.

Requirements

• Required: HR tech sales experience or hands-on HR practitioner experience (in-house HR, ER, compliance, or fractional HR consulting).
• 2-5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience closing deals with $10K–$30K ACV or comparable transactional sales experience.
• Salesforce fluency and a strong command of sales metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
