Business Development Marketing Analyst (MarTech/Public Sector): Developing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales enablement for government agency modernization projects with an accent on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital engagement. Focus on producing high-impact collateral, managing lead generation pipelines in Salesforce, and analyzing campaign ROI to inform strategic growth.
Location: Must be based in one of the 30+ approved US states and work from the contiguous United States.
Salary: $90,400 - $101,700 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns in partnership with Growth teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Produce marketing collateral including thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, and blogs.
- Manage digital content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and web to maintain communication cadence.
- Execute geofencing and location-based campaigns for trade shows and targeted agencies.
- Analyze campaign performance and track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) using Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Support technical proposal efforts by maintaining capability statements and proposal boilerplate.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably focused on the public sector.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress, and ABM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for persuasive, market-facing copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must reside in one of the specified US states (e.g., CA, NY, TX, VA, WA, etc.).
