TL;DR

ABM Strategist (B2B Marketing): Supporting the Director of Account Based Marketing in building, running, and optimizing account-based programs across a B2B portfolio with an accent on platform execution, intent data analysis, and campaign orchestration. Focus on maintaining target account lists, surfacing actionable insights from 6Sense/Demandbase, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across Paid Media, Content, and Email teams.

Location: Must be based in Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru

Compensation: Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities

What you will do

  • Build, maintain, and refine target account lists, tiering, and scoring models in 6Sense and Demandbase.
  • Monitor intent data and engagement signals daily to surface insights for the Director of ABM.
  • Translate account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs for Paid Media, Content, and Lifecycle teams.
  • Own ABM reporting and dashboards to track pipeline influence and funnel movement.
  • Collaborate across agency teams including SEO, Creative, PR, and CRO to ensure unified ABM campaigns.
  • Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary nova ecosystem to enhance ABM processes and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM.
  • Hands-on working proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent data platforms.
  • Working knowledge of core B2B Martech such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable takeaways.
