TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Finance): Partnering with IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Process teams to drive data-informed OpEx decisions with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis. Focus on improving forecasting accuracy, evaluating cost efficiency, and aligning financial plans with business priorities.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Must be based in Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA. Candidates outside this geographic location will not be considered.

Salary: $100,300 - $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Process leaders to plan, manage, and forecast OpEx budgets.
• Deliver actionable insights on spend trends, variances, and risks to inform executive decision-making.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting processes through analysis and simplification.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate cost efficiency and investment trade-offs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with overall business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Typically 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business partnering roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems or data tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA geographic areas.
