What you will do

• Partner with executives to track progress, optimize spend, and evaluate the ROI of technical initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze company-wide financial trends and industry benchmarks to identify macro-level shifts in SaaS efficiency.
• Oversee month-end close processes, including accruals and BvA analysis.
• Lead financial vetting for major tech decisions, including Build vs. Buy frameworks and cloud infrastructure optimization.
• Architect automated dashboards to track critical KPIs like R&D as a % of Revenue and developer productivity.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance within high-growth SaaS or Fintech.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals including accruals, capitalization, and opex vs. capex.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure costs (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Hyperion.
