What you will do

• Own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including financial modeling for corporate development activities.
• Analyze internal financial information such as P&L, financial statements, working capital, and costs.
• Translate operational inefficiencies into financial impact and drive corrective actions to improve cost transparency.
• Develop volume, margin, cost, and cash flow forecasts at product, customer, and plant levels.
• Lead gross margin analysis, including cost leakage, manufacturing variances, and pricing/volume impacts.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate FP&A, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries and multi-entity or global environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems such as Hyperion, SAP, or Cognos.
• Must be able to work on-site in Oriskany, NY.
