TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote).

Salary: $128,000 – $192,000

What you will do

  • Own the full HR technology stack, including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage system administration, data integrity, user access, and configuration across all HR platforms.
  • Architect and maintain integrations between HR tools to eliminate manual data entry.
  • Build and maintain people analytics dashboards in Tableau to provide visibility into headcount, attrition, and compensation.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies and automation solutions.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to ensure reliable cross-system data flows and compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise HRIS platform (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob).
  • Hands-on experience managing an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Proven ability to architect and manage system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack.
  • Experience building people analytics dashboards in Tableau or comparable BI tools.
  • Must be based in the US to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or data pipeline tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Human Resources.
