TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and field roles with an accent on strategic sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder advisory. Focus on building diverse candidate pools, driving process accountability, and promoting the employer brand within the renewable energy sector.

Location: Must be based in or near San Diego, Scottsdale, or Denver. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Execute direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Drive the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring process accountability and timely communication.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pools.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and provide data-driven recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve talent branding and recruiting process efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near San Diego, Scottsdale, or Denver.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a consultative, corporate, or agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Boolean searches and proactive talent mapping.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience in technical recruiting across energy, engineering, or military sectors.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience working with senior-level leaders on strategic talent acquisition.
