What you will do

  • Source and engage talent for corporate functions and specialized roles like BIM and BIM Design.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with organizational growth and future needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Execute outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer negotiation.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate or functional roles.
  • Experience with BIM or design-related hiring is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or Indeed.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification.
