What you will do

  • Develop unified positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for product solutions, specifically for enterprise audiences and fans.
  • Analyze product offerings, client needs, and competitive differentiators to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create educational programs and content to maximize user value from hirify.global products.
  • Build core sales and marketing assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align product strategy with market needs.
  • Lead pricing and packaging initiatives for new and existing products based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA to be eligible for employment.
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in complex business models or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of launching high-profile products for growth companies with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Expertise in developing messaging hierarchies and comprehensive content strategy plans.
  • Experience leading pricing initiatives and taking new packages to market.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership.
