What you will do
- Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via phone and email to drive new business growth.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify business needs and pain points using the BANT framework.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives with a professional handover.
- Manage prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share market feedback and improve strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Experience in sales or call center environments with a history of meeting performance targets.
- Proficiency in lead qualification and pipeline management best practices.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills for engaging potential customers.
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
