What you will do

  • Identify and pursue high-potential hospitality prospects to drive new business revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win key accounts including multi-location chains.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing operational efficiencies and guest experience improvements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through complex negotiations to final close.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, managers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • 4+ years of experience in direct outbound sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, POS systems, or cloud-based technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading high-value negotiations and closing strategic deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.
