What you will do
- Identify and pursue high-potential hospitality prospects to drive new business revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win key accounts including multi-location chains.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing operational efficiencies and guest experience improvements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through complex negotiations to final close.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, managers, and senior decision-makers.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- 4+ years of experience in direct outbound sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling SaaS, POS systems, or cloud-based technology solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading high-value negotiations and closing strategic deals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.
