What you will do

• Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads via phone and email.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs and assess fit for Lightspeed solutions.
• Qualify leads using the BANT framework to ensure high-quality opportunities.
• Book product demos and ensure a professional handover to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share market feedback and meet targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is a must requirement.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Experience in sales or call center environments with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency in lead qualification, pipeline management, and outbound prospecting.
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuasive engagement.
