What you will do
- Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions to maximize client value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Guide account growth and upgrades by transitioning customers to advanced solutions.
- Create new revenue opportunities through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and support client utilization of the platform.
- Monitor account performance metrics including MRR, NRR, and customer health.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is a must-have requirement.
- Must be based in Spain.
- Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales roles.
- Strong ability to identify client challenges and tailor strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline and data management.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and secure agreements.
