Salary: $275,000–$315,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Build and own the sales pipeline through direct prospecting and industry relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and demos to closing and SOWs.
- Connect software capabilities to operational challenges faced by carriers, TPAs, and brokers.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to provide market feedback.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets while refining the product's GTM approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record in workers’ compensation or P&C insurance markets.
- Experience selling to carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, or self-insured employers.
- Ability to sell emerging concepts and build a business case from scratch.
- US-based with valid work authorization (indicated by 401k and state law compliance).
