What you will do

• Build and scale a dedicated Implementation Services function from the ground up, including methodology, tooling, and organizational structure.
• Personally manage complex, strategic implementations for high-value partners including banks, brokerages, and fintechs.
• Define and track key performance metrics such as time-to-launch, implementation costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap priorities with partner implementation needs.
• Attract, hire, and develop a world-class team of implementation and project management professionals.
• Act as an executive escalation point for strategic partners and represent the function in leadership forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management with a track record in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required.
• Direct experience onboarding regulated financial institutions or complex B2B fintech integrations.
• Proven ability to build and scale professional services functions in high-growth environments.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of compliance, security, and risk considerations in regulated financial environments.
