What you will do

• Lead customer workshops, planning sessions, and project meetings to translate business challenges into actionable technical solutions.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures, including data flows, process maps, and system integrations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and scoping through to deployment and handover.
• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and designers.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery speed.
• Assist with commercial activities, including project estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing software projects from concept to production.
• Strong background in solution architecture, business analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Technical proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Must be able to work 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Australian Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Background in implementing AI workflows, chatbots, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or ERP/POS integrations.
