Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop original artwork, visual aids, and typographic layouts for print and digital displays.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, including annual reports, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare and generate print-ready files, including pre-flighting and color correction.
• Create visual representations of complex financial concepts and processes.
• Produce 508-compliant web files from PDFs and other documents.
• Provide creative consultation to clients regarding formats, styles, and reproduction methods.

Requirements

• Must be based in Washington, D.C. and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design or publishing.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
• Highly skilled on the Mac platform is required.
• Ability to work beyond normal working hours and holidays when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-generated imagery for unique background or flyer graphics.
• Strong photo editing skills, including subject extraction and cleanup.
