What you will do
- Define and evolve ’s visual identity and design system to ensure a differentiated market presence.
- Execute high-quality design work across web, campaigns, print, and digital experiences.
- Concept and execute 360° campaign assets in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Create adaptive toolkits for routine self-service content that evolves with the brand.
- Produce sales and developer materials, including one-sheeters, diagrams for dev docs, and slide decks.
- Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency without replacing human creativity.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast-paced environments.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating 360° work across campaigns and platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and Webflow.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
- Deep familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Nice to have
- Agency and in-house experience.
- Expertise in translating highly complex technical products into strategically compelling visual work.
- Familiarity with ADA and design-compliance requirements.
