What you will do

• Own end-to-end brand design for campaigns, product launches, and social media from concept to production.
• Evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity and contribute to design system decisions.
• Translate complex briefs into compelling creative assets and brand system expansions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand-quality creative across all ships.
• Lead creative development for high-visibility projects and design polished presentation materials for executives and investors.
• Introduce scalable processes and explore AI tools to unlock faster, better creative production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand design, across agency and in-house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating both strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required).
• Strong communication skills to present creative work and advocate for design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to and extending brand design systems.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in After Effects.
• Experience integrating AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow.
