What you will do

• Build relationships with potential customers and shape tailored Flourish solutions to match their needs.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting across various sectors, including newsrooms, NGOs, and global brands.
• Deliver pitches, run structured discovery processes, and connect customer challenges to product features.
• Negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Legal and Security teams to close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and ensure a high-quality handover of new customers to the Success team.
• Partner with Marketing on business-driving campaigns and share customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales managing the full cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to initiate conversations and negotiate with senior stakeholders and multiple decision-makers.
• Skill in transforming complex product features into simple, compelling stories for customers.
• Full UK work rights are required.
