About the Role
You will build and own a self-generated pipeline, pursue new logo opportunities, and develop strong relationships with decision-makers across complex manufacturing environments, including chemical and industrial manufacturing. You'll thrive as a true hunter, energized by outbound prospecting, strategic market mapping, cold outreach, and opening doors in complex B2B sales cycles. You will sell 3E's full suite of SaaS and regulatory compliance solutions, partnering with internal experts to align offerings with customer needs and strategic business priorities. You'll lead new business sales across three core product families, manage complex sales cycles end-to-end from discovery to contract closure, and initiate high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required; native or near-native German language skills are strongly preferred
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally selling complex SaaS, information services, regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, sustainability, or related enterprise solutions
- Proven success as an individual contributor with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience closing five- to six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with the ability to self-source, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Strong territory management skills, with the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities across a large addressable market
- Confidence working remotely as a self-starter, with the maturity and discipline to manage your own activity, pipeline, and results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead new business sales across chemical and workplace safety product safety and stewardship and supply chain and sustainability product families targeting large complex enterprise organizations
- Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline through strategic market mapping and personalized outreach
- Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end from initial discovery to contract closure
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions and cross-sell across product lines
- Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Craft tailored proposals and manage product trials in partnership with industry experts
