What you will do
- Manage a targeted book of German-speaking mid-market prospects and drive outbound sales activity to convert new business.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing using the SPICED methodology to uncover customer value.
- Develop data-driven account plans and translate them into targeted day-to-day sales activities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and customer interaction records within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on DACH mid-market trends to maintain credibility with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound B2B or SaaS sales.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to manage a full pipeline and consistently hit activity and conversion targets.
- Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, or Gong.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the London office.
