TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating high-quality leads and qualifying prospects for the EMEA region with an accent on outbound sales and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing sales records in Salesforce, and coordinating with Regional Sales Directors.

Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Conduct aggressive lead generation using phone, email, and other sales tools to create interest in hirify.global products.
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings with high-level contacts for the outside sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect activity within Salesforce.com.
  • Manage incoming leads from tradeshows, regional events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Channel partners to position product value.
  • Stay current on the product roadmap, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales.
  • Experience selling IT Networking, security software, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone and video-conferencing software.
  • Self-motivated and success-driven mindset with the ability to work in a team.
