What you will do

• Manage and coach onsite recruiting teams at fulfillment centers in New Jersey and Las Vegas.
• Partner with Warehouse General Managers to translate operational goals into structured hiring plans.
• Oversee strategies for both high-volume hourly hiring and specialized professional leadership roles.
• Execute proactive staffing strategies for seasonal ramp-ups to handle peak volumes.
• Personally lead searches for mid-to-senior level warehouse management positions.
• Optimize hiring processes, ATS automation, and screening tools to improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or physical retail.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience scaling recruiting teams across multiple locations.
• Proven expertise in both high-volume hourly and specialized professional recruitment.
• Analytical mindset proficient in using ATS metrics to optimize recruiting funnels.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel occasionally to NJ and LV.
• Deep understanding of the localized hourly labor markets in New Jersey and/or Las Vegas.

Nice to have

• Experience within rapidly scaling e-commerce or DTC fulfillment networks.
• Familiarity with high-volume automation tools such as SMS-based recruitment and fast-track platforms.
• Prior experience managing vendor relationships.
• Current location in New Jersey or Las Vegas.
