What you will do

• Manage daily retail store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and guest-focused environment.
• Own end-to-end inventory management, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigation.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, reconciling packing slips and managing vendor deliveries.
• Optimize back-of-house storage and establish operational SOPs for retail inventory and logistics.
• Supervise and train retail associates on POS procedures and merchandising standards.
• Drive revenue through high-level product knowledge and professional guest service.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in retail management or retail operations.
• Availability to work on-site at Rockefeller Center, New York.
• Strong expertise in inventory control systems and retail logistics.
• Proficiency in POS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in museums, attractions, hospitality, or experiential venues is highly preferred.
