What you will do

• Resolve merchant-facing requests regarding WRO and URO issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies reported by partner personnel and internal teams.
• Manage daily truck scheduling and load planning for inbound and outbound activity.
• Ensure all products are handled, stored, and distributed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and manage BOL requirements.
• Support operations managers with Jira tickets and merchant escalations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Moreno Valley, CA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and bending for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Effective communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under critical timelines.
