What you will do

• Lead and develop a fulfillment center team of 300+ associates, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations: order processing, inventory management, and shipping for D2C and B2B customers.
• Design and enforce operational flows for D2C vs. B2B fulfillment, including picking methodologies and shipping requirements.
• Track and improve KPIs and operational metrics to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Own fulfillment center budgeting, cost control, and waste reduction while maintaining service quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, customer service, and quality control; report performance and insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Leader or similar leadership role in a large-scale fulfillment center or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment center operations: order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing large teams of hourly and salaried employees.
• Ability to analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and health & safety regulations in a warehousing environment.
