What you will do

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and IT assets, including servers and networking equipment.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials across facilities.
• Conduct ongoing audits of asset inventory to verify completeness and update records.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to optimize resource allocation.
• Keep detailed documentation of inventory, shipments, and audits for management reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records to prevent operational issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Ability to work in a data center environment, including moving and lifting heavy objects.
• Must have US work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
