What you will do

  • Own and grow the assigned territory by driving pipeline and delivering predictable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders from IT to C-level.
  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, from proactive prospecting to deal structuring and closing.
  • Orchestrate internal pre-sales, specialists, and partners to win complex opportunities.
  • Execute high-impact account strategies to unlock long-term value across enterprise customers.
  • Drive co-selling motions with strategic partners to maximize reach and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience in infrastructure, data center, or cloud environments.
  • Native French speaker with fluent English proficiency.
  • Established presence or network in Suisse Romande.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota and winning net-new business.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
