What you will do

• Own and grow the Zurich and German-speaking Switzerland territory to deliver predictable revenue.
• Build multi-level relationships with stakeholders from IT to C-level.
• Execute high-impact account strategies for enterprise customers.
• Lead full end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and qualification to closing.
• Orchestrate pre-sales, specialists, and channel partners to win complex opportunities.
• Implement land-and-expand strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience in infrastructure, data center, or cloud environments.
• Proven track record of over-achieving quotas and winning net-new business.
• Native Swiss German speaker with fluent English.
• Established network in German Speaking Switzerland.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
• Strong business acumen to translate technology into business value.
