What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category roadmaps for mechanical and electrical components.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate commercial terms to mitigate risk.
• Analyze spend data, pricing structures, and market dynamics to drive cost reduction and ROI.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and build multi-year savings pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure manufacturing readiness for NPI projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA or Byhalia, MS.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, macros).
• Proven negotiation skills using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.

Nice to have

• MBA or certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the OEM elevator industry or similar business.
