What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level category plans using data-driven insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Lead high-stakes contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Develop supplier criticality frameworks and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with executive sponsors.
• Track savings targets and report progress against organizational KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or complex procurement.
• Expert-level ability to build cost models and translate data into actionable business findings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and manage difficult negotiations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
