What you will do

• Develop and implement supply chain category strategies for electric motor and generator accessories.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives in line with company business targets.
• Manage supplier capability and capacity to ensure business requirements are met.
• Negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, terms, and commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with product development and global category management to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial management.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and commercial pricing models.
• Experience in evaluating supplier performance and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or be able to work from Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Technical knowledge of electric motors and generators.
