Salary: $56,000 – $84,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan and purchase materials daily using MRP to optimize inventory and support production.
• Generate purchase orders, review requisitions, and monitor material requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and negotiate with suppliers to synchronize inventory with customer demand.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and researching new sources.
• Drive year-over-year cost reductions and establish supplier stocking agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to communicate PO status and support lean manufacturing.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bedford, MA.

Nice to have

• APICS Certification.
• Experience with APAC suppliers and non-standard communication hours.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
