Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Stratford, Connecticut. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days/week on-site.

What you will do

• Lead the functional integrated program planning team to provide data-driven insights for program leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) business systems and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain disciplines to maintain integrated schedules.
• Oversee schedule life cycle activities including proposals, baselines, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering talent development and organizational capability.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within the aerospace and defense industry.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience, including leadership of leaders.
• Advanced skills in EVM business systems, integrated cost/schedule analysis, and Critical Path analysis.
• Experience leading capture and proposal management processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Stratford, Connecticut at least 3 days per week.
