What you will do

• Assume overall responsibility for program cost, schedule, and technical performance for projects valued up to $100M.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through effective reporting and presentations.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior managers and drive continuous improvement in program management processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience (or Master's degree with 6+ years).
• Expert knowledge of program management disciplines including EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS.
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets and complex technical objectives.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting financial and performance data.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certifications (e.g., PfMP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Understanding of SDLC and systems engineering processes.
