What you will do

• Manage program life-cycles, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, government, and commercial customers.
• Develop and maintain program plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and master schedules.
• Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead program meetings and reviews with customers and executive staff.
• Support business development by assisting in the preparation of cost and technical proposals.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or protected individual) due to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record of managing firm fixed price programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PMI or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience managing international programs.
