What you will do

• Manage major proposal efforts and lead programs with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Maintain program schedules, control budgets, and update estimate to complete (ETC) and estimate at complete (EAC) reports.
• Conduct contract negotiations and coordinate cross-functional efforts across procurement, production, finance, and engineering.
• Present program reviews and proposals to management and customers.
• Provide training and direction to lower-level program managers.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to U.S. Government contractual and ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing with technical program experience.
• 8–10 years of program management experience in a technical manufacturing environment within the aerospace/defense industry.
• Proven experience leading multiple programs simultaneously with annual revenues exceeding $30M USD.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in TINA-compliant cost volume submissions and sole source contract negotiations over $2M USD.
• Direct customer-facing experience and ability to manage program risk registers and mitigation plans.
