What you will do

• Act as the client-side electrical technical authority for design projects and consultant management.
• Lead electrical design elements for early-stage feasibility, test-fit, and concept development.
• Drive the implementation of DfMA principles and standardized, modular electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to translate requirements into scalable, repeatable design blocks.
• Review design documents, submittals, and commissioning scripts to ensure project standards are met.
• Provide technical support for site operations, troubleshooting, and retrofitting existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical power design and construction.
• 5+ years of experience in Mission Critical environments (Data Centers, Semiconductors, etc.).
• Experience with EU construction markets and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in BlueBeam, Excel, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Understanding of BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and IEC standards.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of total experience.
• Accredited engineering credentials (Chartered Engineer in EU or Professional Engineer in NA).
