What you will do
- Lead architectural scope for early-stage development, including feasibility, test fits, and concept design.
- Establish and maintain ISO 19650-compliant information frameworks and CDE governance.
- Provide governance over BIM/Digital Delivery teams to ensure model federation, clash detection, and geometry QA.
- Develop EMEA digital asset lifecycle frameworks covering design through operations and asset refresh.
- Define structured data frameworks to enable portfolio-wide analytics, digital twins, and AI-enabled operational insights.
- Implement digital frameworks for industrialised delivery, manufacturing traceability, and DfMA strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design within data center or mission-critical environments.
- Expertise in digital information management, BIM, and CDE governance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/Forma.
- Demonstrated leadership in platform standardisation and digital transformation programs.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15%.
