What you will do

• Drive the setup, modeling, and daily management of comprehensive electrical Revit models.
• Coordinate complex electrical systems across structural, mechanical, and architectural disciplines using Navisworks.
• Convert technical sketches and design intent into high-quality 3D models and 2D construction drawings.
• Assist in the modeling of power systems, cable routing, containment, and industrial lighting.
• Ensure accurate electrical circuiting and equipment links within the BIM environment.
• Analyze project mark-ups to estimate design and modeling hours for drafting milestones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated electrical design experience utilizing Revit.
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD for spatial clash tracking.
• Strong familiarity with Bluebeam or similar document markup software.
• Developing understanding of industrial construction specifications, one-line diagrams, and equipment layouts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional team synchronization.

Nice to have

• Direct design or modeling experience within Data Center, AI Factory, or high-density industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of electrical one-line diagrams, substation layouts, and complex cable tray routing.
