What you will do

• Lead electrical design initiatives and review efforts for new data center deployments to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Manage project execution from conceptual design and scope of work through to construction documents and commissioning.
• Conduct value engineering analyses focusing on ROI and IRR to optimize CAPEX and OPEX costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical designs with long-term operational sustainability.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and support site operations to optimize performance and reliability.
• Review technical drawings, including schematics, sequence of operations, and commissioning scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in any US state.
• 5-10+ years of experience in design and construction.
• Proven experience in Data Center design or construction.
• Working knowledge of critical electrical and cooling infrastructure (MV/LV, UPS, generators).
• Familiarity with NEC, NERC, IEEE, NFPA, and local building codes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data hall failover calculations.
• Experience with mechanical systems and emerging data center technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and SCCS modeling software.
